We begin processing orders as soon as payment is received to ensure quick delivery. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancel items after payment has been completed. All sales are final once an order has been paid for.

Click the account icon at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please email us at Sales@LiquidationGeneral.com.

Click the account icon in the top-right corner of our website to get started. Enter your email address in the field provided, then click continue. You’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you entered—open it and find the 6 digit confirmation code, copy that 6 digit code and paste it in the next input field to sign in or complete your account setup.

To update your account information, log in by clicking the account icon in the top-right corner of our website. Once logged in, go to your Account Details or Profile section, where you can edit your name, email address, password, and other details. Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

Liquidation General offers free shipping in most cases. Free shipping is ONLY available for shipments in the continental U.S.
If you live outside of the continental U.S. you will need to contact us for a shipping quote.

All products are sold "As Is" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits.
Liquidation General does their very best to describe the different products with as much information as possible. If there are any questions about any of the products we sell, please contact us before you purchase one of our lots.
If there is a problem with an order please contact us at Sales@LiquidationGeneral.com within 2 business days of you receiving your order and we will do our best to make you satisfied.
All orders have a 3% variance. This means that the product we purchase is all overstock, shelf-pulls or new product but a damaged item, item with a security tag, or a miss count slipped through the sorting process. If it is higher than a 3% variance rate please contact us and we will take care of the problem immediately.

Liquidation General does not offer financing, terms or COD's. All orders must be paid for in advance of the order shipping from the warehouse.
If you need to finance your order we do accept all of the major credit cards or Paypal.
There are "Working Capital" companies for small businesses that will lend to you without going through the lengthy process of taking out a loan through a bank.
We have had multiple customers tell us the company called "Kabbage" is a great company to work with for short term working capital loans. We have setup an affiliate program with "Kabbage" to offer to our customers. We have included a link to their site if you are interested.
We would be interested in hearing from you if you decide to sign up and start using "Kabbage". Let us know how easy it was to sign up, did you find it useful, etc. We always try and pass on new ideas and solutions to our customers.

- If you are in any other state but Missouri you do not pay sales tax.
- If you are located in the state of Missouri you will need to supply us with your tax ID #.

To see your previous orders, log in to your account by clicking the account icon in the top-right corner of our website. Once you’re signed in, select Order History (or My Orders) from your account dashboard. There, you’ll find a list of all your past purchases, including order details and statuses.
