How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |
Once an item has been paid for and shipped we cannot do anything about changing or cancelling an order. All sales are final once an order has shipped. | |
How do I track my order? | |

My order never arrived. | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact Liquidation General for assistance. | |
An item is missing from my shipment. | |
If there is product missing contact Liquidation General and someone will help you with your order. If there is a box missing wait an extra day and it should arrive. Sometimes UPS will accidentally separate two boxes in one order and they will show up on different days. If it doesn't show up the next day please contact us. |
